Hank oversees deal origination, transaction structure and investment execution, as well as lead the strategy and general management of the fund.

He has 35 years of investment, finance and capital market management experience across asset classes in the public and private markets. He has sourced, structured and led successful investments in early stage growth businesses such as LogicSource, Inc., Amaero International Limited (ASX:3DA) and Trifecta, Inc. In the case of LogicSource, controlling interest was acquired from Bain Capital Ventures and the business was sold to FTV Capital after 23 months for an 11x MOIC. As for Amaero, Pegasus has led three capital raises, owns approximately 40% of outstanding shares and Holland assumed the role of Chairman and CEO. Prior experience includes senior investment roles at First Republic Investment Management, Merrill Lynch and Sanford C. Bernstein. He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Masters in Agriculture from Colorado State University.

Bob joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in 1979, was a Partner through January 2019 and is currently Senior of Counsel. His practice covered a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including company formations, venture capital and growth capital financings, public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Also, he was on the Investment Committee for WS Investments Company for 20 years.  WS Investments was the first fund within a law firm to systematically invest in client companies.  WS Investments has grown to invest approximately $20 million in 200+ companies per year.  He received a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University, as well as a J.D. from Stanford University.

His career has spanned public service, academia, business and investing. He is Chairman and Co-Founder of OnPoint Analytics, an economic and statistical consulting firm. He has been an active private investor in companies such as  Famous, SunBasket, TaskRabbit and Metric Stream.  He is the Robert Gordon Sproul Distinguished Professor at the University of California, Berkeley and served as Dean of UC Berkeley’s College of Natural Resources which was recently renamed the Rausser College of Natural Resources. He served as Senior Economist for the Council of Economic Advisors under President Reagan and was Chief Economist for Agency for International Development.
